Last August will probably be remembered as the wettest in recent history. Certainly the week commencing the 16 th August was a little damp to say the least! It is however, memorable for another reason; it marked 30 years of the Devon tour. Although most of the matches were washed out it is fair to say that the number of tourists made it one of the most successful tours ever. Hopefully the soggy conditions of the last year haven’t dampened your enthusiasm for touring and we can continue to enjoy large numbers again this year.
